The client had been given a 25 year maintenance plan.

We undertook this stage of the plan for Powburn village hall. The old floors throughout the main hall, the kitchen and passage way, were damaged. This was a full replacement of timber joists, supporting walls, sub floors and finished with a beautiful engineered oak floor. The passageway had previously had manholes installed, we lifted the new manholes so they were flush with the new floors, and fitted new sealed units that allowed the commercial non slip vinyl to be fitted within the lid. 

The committee and users of this hall love the new look and the finish that was achieved.
