In this project we added a rear extension to the property and converted the old outhouses to a kids games room.
The Project
This cottage was to be mainly used as a holiday cottage, so again it was an all electric heating system. With electric radiators, electric underfloor heating, and the opening of the fireplace to provide a lovely large inglenook to house the stove the client chose.
The whole house was refurbished, with cupboards and storage areas made where possible. This cottage has a fabulous large kitchen / dinning room. With a short walk across the gravel to the fully insulated games room, complete with velux roof lights for the natural light and new upvc white wood grain windows and doors.
